SHIPPING
All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post or Sendle, excluding furniture items. All orders are processed within 48 hours in quiet times or up to 5 business days in busy season. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders should arrive to you within 7 to 10 business days unless otherwise advised.
Flat rate and express rates are available to choose at checkout.

DAMAGE & FAULTY GOODS
All Sweet Home Additions products are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or broken in transit, please contact us within seven days of receipt to discuss options.
PAYMENT
We accepts credit cards via PAYPAL you do not need to have a PAYPAL account to use this service, you can use your own credit card if you choose. We do not bare any responsibility for any failings on PAYPAL’s part. All pricing of Sweet Home Additions products and delivery fees are in Australian Dollars ($AU).
